Resolving "Organization Suspended (Depleted Credits)" Error

Last updated: September 5, 2025

If you're seeing an "Organization suspended (Depleted credits)" error message when trying to use Daytona, this typically occurs when your organization has run out of available credits. Here's how to resolve this issue:

Connect Your Credit Card for Free Credits

The most common solution is to connect your credit card to receive free onboarding credits:

  1. Go to the Wallet section in your dashboard

  2. Connect your credit card (no charges will be made automatically)

  3. You'll receive $100 in free credits as an onboarding bonus

  4. This applies only to personal organizations

Check Your Active Organization

If you have multiple organizations, you might be using the wrong one. To switch organizations:

  • In the CLI:

    • run: Daytona organization use and selects the organization that has available credits

  • In the Dashboard, change organisation in the sidebar, first item

Temporary Display Issues

Sometimes this error appears temporarily due to display issues. Try:

  1. Refreshing your dashboard

  2. Logging out and logging back in

New User Tier Benefits

As a new user with email verification, you should automatically be in Tier 1 once your organization is unsuspended and you receive your credits. This gives you access to:

  • 10 vCPU

  • 20 GiB memory

  • 30 GiB storage
